Your 'meet and greet' visit is primarily for us to meet you and your cat and find out what they love and how we can make them happy. We will fill out a registration form during our visit so that we can keep a record of your cat's individual care plan and we will also ask you for a mugshot of your moggy to keep on file.
You can also chat to us about any other individual requirements such as putting out the bins etc.
Once we have been approved by your cat, then you can confirm your booking by transferring a 50% deposit. This deposit is refundable up until 7 days before your booking begins (see FAQs for more details). We will send you a receipt for your deposit along with confirmation of your booking.
The balance will need to be paid via bank transfer or cash before our cat services are provided.
If you haven't given us a copy of your key at the 'meet and greet' then just pop the key around to us 24 hours before you are due to go. We will take care of the rest!
Please ensure that you have enough cat food and cat litter to last for the time that you are away. We can buy extra food if needed and will never let your cat go hungry(!) but we can't guarantee to find your cat's favoured brands
Please remember to leave out any cleaning supplies that we may need for food bowls, litter trays etc. or make sure that they are easily visible
We will have a copy of your vet's details on record but you may want to let them know that we are caring for your cat, especially if they have a medical condition or they take daily medication
